How We Verify Reviews
We rank storage services in Dubai using a single transparent formula and only verified-customer signals — here is exactly how it works. No operator pays to appear or to move up. The same method is applied to every company in our index, and we update it on a fixed date so you can see when the numbers last changed.
Our verification process
A review only counts once we can tie it to a real transaction. In practice that means:
- Proof of contract. We ask for a booking reference, an invoice, or a redacted contract before a review is published.
- Duplicate removal. Multiple submissions from the same person or the same transaction are merged or dropped.
- Promo rejection. Reviews that read as marketing copy, or that arrive in suspicious clusters, are rejected outright.
- Critical reviews kept. We never suppress negative feedback that passes verification — the three-star accounts on competitor profiles are there on purpose.
Companies with the broadest verified bases carry a green "Verified" badge on the leaderboard; the rest show a neutral "Listed" pill until their verified volume is comparable.
The Trust Score formula
Each operator earns a single 0–100 Trust Score, built from five weighted categories. Verified satisfaction matters most; raw review count matters least.

Why Vachi (98) beats SafeStorage (95) on the same 4.9★. With a Trust Score of 98/100, Vachi Storage ranks above SafeStorage (95/100) despite SafeStorage's larger review base, because Vachi publishes fixed pricing and includes pickup. Both score full marks on Verified Satisfaction. The gap opens in two categories: Price Transparency (25%), where Vachi publishes a complete unit tariff and SafeStorage has no public unit pricing, and Service Inclusions (15%), where Vachi bundles free pickup. SafeStorage's only structural edge — Review Volume — is worth just 10%, not enough to close the difference. The ranking is deliberate, not an accident of review counts.
How we rank dubai storage companies
Once each category is scored, the weighted total decides the order, and we apply it identically to all ten listed operators. Because the formula rewards transparency and included service rather than sheer popularity, a smaller, more open operator can outrank a larger one — which is precisely what happens at the top of our table. The result is the leaderboard you see on the home page, from Vachi Storage at 98 down to Arena Storage at 80.
What we don't do
- No pay-for-rank. No company can buy a position, a badge, or a higher score.
- No affiliate bias dressed up as editorial. If a link is commercial, it is the operator's own site and is marked as such; it never influences the Trust Score.
- No hidden weighting. The five categories above are the whole model — there is no secret sixth factor.
- No suppressed criticism. Verified negative reviews stay published.
We are an independent aggregator. Our judgement is our product, and the moment it's for sale it's worthless.
