Your experience helps the next renter choose well. We publish reader reviews of Dubai storage companies — the good and the critical — and verify each one before it goes live. Here's how to send yours and what makes it genuinely useful.
How to submit a review
Rented a storage service in Dubai recently? Tell other renters what it was really like. There's no login and no form to fill in — you simply email us the details, and we add verified reviews to the relevant company profile. We never pay for reviews, and we publish critical ones too.
What makes a helpful review
The best reviews are specific. A line like "good service, would recommend" tells the next person almost nothing. Every storage service Dubai renters use has its own quirks, so what helps most is the concrete detail you wish you'd had before you booked:
- Unit size — what you rented (e.g. 25 sq ft, or a valet box count).
- Price you actually paid — the real monthly figure, not just the headline "from" rate.
- Your area — where in Dubai you live, so others can judge the drive.
- What went well, and what didn't — pickup timing, climate, access hours, billing surprises.
- When — the month and year, since service and pricing change.
How we verify what you send
Before a review is published we check it against proof that you were a real customer — a booking reference, an invoice, or a contract photo with personal details redacted. Include in the body:
- Company name
- Your star rating (1–5)
- Your Dubai area
- Month and year of your rental
- 2–4 sentences: unit size, price paid, what went well or poorly
